A full range of design options are available and we will build to each clients unique specification. We also balance your new garden building with composite decking for a practical and attractive finish.
No Planning Permission Required - Suitable for year-round use, our garden rooms are constructed within permitted development which negates the need for planning permission. The structures are kept under 2.5m in height, with a maximum floor space of 30m should this exceed 15m , they are positioned within a 1m radius of all boundaries. They are always constructed to the rear of the property and never surpass 50% of the existing land.
